IT Specialty Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the daily support and enhancement of software applications, which includes builds, upgrades, and system improvements.

• Evaluates business and clinical requirements, assesses software releases and/or new products, and provides recommendations to streamline processes and reduce costs.

• Holds extensive knowledge and experience in both business/clinical environments and application functionalities.

• Conducts and documents workflow evaluations to identify functional requirements for the optimal use of applications.

• Creates system test plans and executes testing for software updates and patches.

• Keeps track of testing progress and results.

• Manages problems, incidents, change requests, and service inquiries.

• Offers daily on-call support to users regarding application-related challenges.

• Collaborates with a cross-functional team and end-users to ensure application integration aligns with business and clinical objectives.

• Oversees communication related to software issues, requirements, upgrades, and enhancements.

• Manages smaller projects or specific components of larger projects.

• Coordinates implementation and project planning concerning software application releases.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 years of relevant experience with a degree (Required) or 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree (Required)

• Experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s Degree

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience (Required)
