This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Our central IT department at the Dresden headquarters manages the DAS organization’s critical business applications globally, both independently and in partnership with various service providers.
• As part of our small, specialized IT team “Projects & Business Applications,” you will take an active role in stabilizing, further developing, and strategically aligning our business applications within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• You will work autonomously with the opportunity to shape your role, while also engaging closely with technical teams: supporting, enhancing, and operating our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system (Finance & Supply Chain Management) in an international setting.
• You will implement changes, extensions, and optimizations—either independently or in collaboration with external service providers.
• Your responsibilities include designing, maintaining, and enhancing interfaces, integrations, and databases for operational processes, as well as reporting and business intelligence.
• You will hold technical responsibility for our Microsoft Azure and Power Platform environments (which include Power Apps and Power Automate).
• You will continuously monitor product changes, roadmaps, deprecations, and innovations within the Microsoft ecosystem, evaluating their impact on our system landscape, and determining necessary technical actions.
• You will collaborate closely with business units, IT colleagues, and external partners on development and digitization initiatives.
• You will actively contribute to knowledge transfer, documentation, and collaboration across teams.
• A degree in an IT-related field or equivalent vocational training with relevant professional experience is required.
• Practical experience in cloud environments, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and the Power Platform.
• A developer mindset and hands-on experience with implementing changes, extensions, and integrations.
• Experience in designing, maintaining, and evolving interfaces and databases.
• An independent, structured, and responsible working style with a strong focus on quality.
• Proficiency in German, both written and spoken, along with good English skills for an international work context; willingness to engage in international collaboration.
