• Enhance internal user satisfaction by resolving help desk inquiries and conducting practical technical training sessions.

• Monitor technical project lifecycles to ensure strict compliance with budget constraints.

• Take ownership of executing critical HR-focused IT workflows and standardizing asset setups.

• Implement thorough disaster recovery planning and backup procedures.

• 2-3 years of substantial experience within a specialized IT environment.

• Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams or steering large-scale, complex IT implementation projects from start to finish.

• Advanced proficiency in configuring, maintaining, and managing networks, including routers, firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.

• Advanced skills in hardware installation, software configuration, and proactive security measures.

• Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions under pressure.

• Highly skilled in task management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.

• Mastery of Google Workspace applications, including Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Calendars.

• Excellent communication skills, adept at simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical users.

• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fully remote or telecommute setting.
