This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Seek and identify potential candidates

• Build and maintain talent pipelines

• Utilize recruitment tools and sources

• Collaborate with the recruiting team

• Participate in training sessions and apply the knowledge gained

• Meet productivity targets and metrics

• Identify and attract candidates

• Conduct Boolean searches

• Work with Jira and Teamtailor
