IT Solutions Deployment Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the IT Solutions Director, program leadership, and interdisciplinary IT teams to effectively implement multiple technical initiatives.

• Accountable for the planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting across various technical workstreams.

• Ensure all technical projects and streams stay on schedule by proactively managing project timelines, dependencies, monitoring execution, and identifying as well as mitigating risks early.

• Prepare for upcoming milestones to ensure readiness.

• Work in close partnership with product owners, architects, technical leads, functional consultants, developers, QA, data teams, and external implementation partners.

• Guarantee consistent delivery practices, compliance with Eurofins’ standards, and robust integration across all technical domains.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in managing complex technical IT projects within highly regulated environments.

• Preferably possess a solid understanding of the Java technology stack.

• Demonstrated experience supervising multiple concurrent workstreams within a larger program, ideally in an international or multi-site deployment context.

• Highly disciplined and organized.

• Capability to swiftly switch contexts across various technical topics and stakeholders.

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Advanced skills in Azure DevOps, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; project management certification (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile) is a plus.

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
