IT Solutions Deployment Project Manager – 6 months contract, B2B or Temp

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• The IT Project Manager will collaborate closely with the IT Solutions Director, program leadership, and cross-functional IT teams to effectively deliver various technical initiatives.

• Responsible for the planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting across multiple technical workstreams.

• Ensure that all technical projects and streams stay on track by actively managing project schedules, dependencies, monitoring execution, identifying and mitigating risks early, and ensuring preparedness for upcoming milestones.

• Work in close partnership with product owners, architects, technical leads, functional consultants, developers, QA and data teams, along with external implementation partners.

• Ensure consistent delivery practices, compliance with Eurofins’ standards, and strong integration across all technical domains.

• Develop deployment plans in alignment with business teams.

• Drive multiple workstreams towards achieving a common objective.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in managing complex technical IT projects within highly regulated environments.

• Preferably possess a strong understanding of the Java technology stack.

• Solid and demonstrable experience supervising multiple concurrent workstreams within a larger program, ideally in an international or multi-site deployment context.

• Highly disciplined and organized, capable of bringing structure, clarity, and reliable follow-through to complex, fast-paced project environments.

• Ability to quickly switch context across various technical topics and stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to summarize complex technical information for senior leadership and tailor communication, content, and language to different groups of program stakeholders.

• Advanced skills in Azure DevOps, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in preparing high-quality project status presentations and steering committee materials.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; project management certification (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile) is advantageous.

• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
