IT Solutions Deployment Project Manager – 6 months contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• The IT Project Manager will collaborate closely with the IT Solutions Director, program leadership, and cross-functional IT teams to effectively deliver various technical initiatives.

• This position entails planning, coordinating, monitoring, and reporting across multiple technical workstreams.

• The ideal candidate will ensure that all technical projects and streams stay on track by actively managing project schedules, dependencies, monitoring execution, identifying and addressing risks early, and preparing for upcoming milestones.

• Strong organizational abilities, the capacity to manage multiple priorities, and clear, effective communication with multidisciplinary teams are crucial for keeping stakeholders aligned and informed throughout the program lifecycle.

• The IT Technical Project Manager will also work closely with product owners, architects, technical leads, functional consultants, developers, QA and data teams, as well as external implementation partners.

• This role guarantees consistent delivery practices, adherence to Eurofins’ standards, and strong integration across all technical domains.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5–7 years of experience managing complex technical IT projects in highly regulated environments.

• A solid understanding of the Java technology stack is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple concurrent workstreams within a larger program, ideally in an international or multi-site deployment context.

• Highly disciplined and organized, with the ability to bring structure, clarity, and reliable follow-through to complex, fast-paced project environments.

• Capability to quickly switch context across different technical topics and stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to distill complex technical information for senior leadership and tailor communication, content, and language to various groups of program stakeholders.

• Advanced skills in Azure DevOps, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in preparing high-quality project status decks and steering-committee materials.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; project management certification (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile) is advantageous.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
