IT Servicetechniker – Homeoffice, Außendienst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Work from home: Configure systems and install software conveniently from your residence.

• Provide online training and technical support for our clients.

• Handle support requests in collaboration with our 3rd-level team.

• On-site: Install and wire modern KVM systems and impressive video walls.

• Conduct on-site configurations, commissioning, and technical training.

• After your onboarding, you will independently carry out installations at client locations.

• Reliability, teamwork, and openness: You are passionate about technology and always eager to learn something new.

• Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license: You are mobile and ready to explore the world.

• Proficient in German, both spoken and written - English skills are a plus, but not mandatory.

• Comfortable with Windows operating systems and knowledgeable in TCP/IP.
