IT Service Professional – IT Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Offers subject matter expertise and contributes insights to help shape the strategic direction and vision of the designated IT service(s).

• Provides technical insights and feedback during the design and architectural planning phases to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of service implementation.

• Offers input and a technical perspective to support governance processes, ensuring that the services comply with relevant policies, guidelines, and standards.

• Executes and oversees the implementation of new or modified IT services, ensuring a smooth transition into operations, coordination with stakeholders, and adherence to defined standards and timelines.

• Manages daily operational tasks, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient functioning of the assigned IT service(s).

• Identifies, recommends, and implements enhancements to improve service quality, reliability, and efficiency.

• Ensures comprehensive, accurate, and current documentation of service processes, configurations, and relevant knowledge articles.

• Stays informed about resource planning and staffing decisions to ensure alignment with operational duties and service requirements.

• Assists with the financial management of the service(s), providing information and analysis related to cost control and budget adherence.

• Aids in escalation management by offering technical expertise and support for service-related issues.

• Remains aware of upcoming business demands and requirements to effectively align operational capacity and readiness with changing business needs.

• Actively promotes compliance with security standards and policies within service operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, along with several years of relevant work experience.

• Strong grasp of ITIL processes.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
