This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Further development of customer relationships alongside continuous optimization of IT services
• Service Level Management, particularly focusing on quality control and assurance for customer-specific SLAs
• Identification of customer requirements and participation in the ongoing improvement process
• Acting as an escalation point for disruptions and deriving optimization measures
• Moderating and conducting service meetings
• Regular reporting based on created service reports and channeling customer requirements
• Coordination with sales on contractual and commercial issues to establish high customer satisfaction
• Support during audits and examination activities
• Communicating the causes of disruptions (RCA) and measures for sustainable resolution in problem management
• Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable vocational training with at least 5 years of professional experience in IT service management
• ITIL certification at least at the Foundation level, ideally with further qualifications (e.g., ITIL Managing Professional or ISO 20000)
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructures and services (Colocation, Managed, and Cloud Services)
• High degree of service, quality, and customer orientation
• Strong organizational talent, assertiveness, communication skills, and high engagement
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Permanent employment contract and flexible working hours
