IT Service Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Direct complex IT business application projects from initiation to deployment utilizing Agile methodologies.

• Supervise data flow and structural architecture among various interconnected enterprise systems.

• Collect technical requirements, outline functional workflows, and convert business needs into technical specifications.

• Manage product backlogs, organize sprints, and lead daily stand-up meetings within Jira.

• Serve as the main liaison between technical teams and business executives to ensure cohesive alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional experience in roles such as Lead Project Manager, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar positions.

• Extensive hands-on administrative or implementation experience with NetSuite.

• Proven expertise in Agile frameworks and advanced proficiency in using Jira.

• Demonstrated success in managing multi-system integration environments and cross-platform data flows.

• Exceptional communication skills in English, a proactive approach, and outstanding organizational capabilities.
