This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Make a minimum of 100 calls daily to reach your target market.
• Engage with as many decision-makers as possible.
• Effectively communicate “Our Message” to each qualified prospect you encounter.
• Aim to schedule at least 3 qualified appointments per week; face-to-face meetings are preferred, but Zoom meetings are acceptable. Phone call appointments are not permitted.
• Develop and maintain a database of prospects.
• Keep track of activities using HubSpot.
• Uphold a positive and professional demeanor.
• Assess prospects based on established criteria.
• Collaborate effectively as a team player.
• Directly schedule prospect meetings on the Outside Sales calendar.
• Provide updates on progress towards daily, weekly, and quarterly goals.
• Experience in cold calling within a B2B environment.
• Proficiency in American English is essential.
• Prior experience in Sales is required.
• High energy level is a must.
• Strong skills in prospecting.
• Ability to quickly establish solid business relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including telephony, communication, active listening, and customer care.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and adapt swiftly to changes.
• Proficient computer skills are necessary.
• Typing skills to ensure prompt and accurate entry of service request details.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of the sales process and its dynamics.
• Knowledge of lead generation techniques.
• Familiarity with MS Office, HubSpot, and telephone systems.
