This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take full ownership of acquiring new clients: from prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn to securing contract signatures.
• Engage in daily outbound activities: systematic prospecting, setting appointments, qualifying leads, and transitioning to the project team.
• Manage the pipeline within the CRM: forecasting, tracking deals, and ensuring a smooth handover to delivery.
• Work closely with the SDR and marketing teams – while leads are an addition, your primary focus should be on New Business.
• Ongoing monitoring of the market and competitors, along with the formulation of new acquisition strategies.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients in B2B sales, preferably within the IT/Software/Cloud sectors.
• Comfort and enthusiasm for cold outreach, including calling, running outreach campaigns, and engaging in social selling.
• Results-driven approach and a high level of self-motivation.
• Proficient in utilizing CRM systems.
• Business-fluent in German (both spoken and written); proficiency in English is advantageous.
