This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Full responsibility for acquiring new customers: Engaging potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn until the contract is finalized.
β’ Daily outbound activities: systematic prospecting, scheduling appointments, qualifying leads, and handing over to the project team.
β’ Pipeline management in the CRM: forecasting, deal tracking, and seamless transfer to delivery.
β’ Close collaboration with the SDR and marketing teams β leads are complementary, not sufficient; your focus remains on new business.
β’ Ongoing market and competitive analysis, as well as the development of new acquisition strategies.
β’ Proven success in acquiring new customers in B2B sales (ideally: IT/Software/Cloud).
β’ Enjoyment and confidence in cold calling: phone outreach, campaigns, and social selling.
β’ Results-oriented work ethic and high self-motivation.
β’ Proficient in using CRM systems.
β’ Fluent in German, both spoken and written; good command of English is a plus.
