This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Acquisition of new customers in the B2B sector: engaging through phone and digital channels (Phone, Email, LinkedIn) – from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Proactively building and maintaining your pipeline: systematic prospecting, structured appointment setting, and qualification.
• Clean pipeline and CRM management: forecasting, deal tracking, and a smooth handover to our delivery team.
• Close collaboration with SDR & Marketing: leveraging campaigns and leads, while not solely relying on them.
• Ongoing development of your acquisition strategies: monitoring market trends and competition, experimenting with new approaches.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT/Software/Cloud sector, though not mandatory.
• Proven successes in acquiring new customers (Outbound, cold/warm acquisition).
• Enjoyment in direct customer engagement, a clear focus on closing deals, and high self-motivation.
• Proficient use of CRM systems and structured working methods.
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written; English is a plus.
• Remote-First: the ability to work nationwide in Germany with flexible work arrangements and mobile work options.
