IT Reporting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with business leaders to create and develop reports that support strategic decision-making.

• Enhance efficiency by introducing automated solutions for the production and distribution of daily reports to both internal teams and external clients.

• Actively oversee IT processes to guarantee the consistent and dependable delivery of critical reports.

• Offer expert assistance for reporting and data-related challenges, playing a key role in identifying root causes and conducting post-incident reviews.

• Execute thorough data audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies.

• Assist in audit and review activities related to IT reporting, ensuring all necessary documentation is readily accessible.

• Develop and maintain detailed technical and user documentation to support smooth operations.

• Undertake special projects as assigned, utilizing your skills to promote innovation and efficiency within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft O365, particularly Power Automate.

• Significant experience with SQL is required.

• Expertise in SSRS and/or SAP Reports is essential.

• Ability to present data in a creative and meaningful way to varied audiences.

• A dedicated learner eager to expand skills in software development and data presentation.

• Strong multitasking skills with a talent for establishing and achieving priorities.
