IT QA Analyst, Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze and comprehend business and technical requirements for designated initiatives;

• Develop and sustain test plans, test scenarios, and test cases (both manual and automated);

• Prepare and provide test data, ensuring readiness for test execution;

• Conduct functional, regression, and integration tests, documenting results;

• Identify, document, and monitor defects while collaborating closely with development and project teams;

• Offer regular updates regarding testing progress, risks, and issues;

• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release activities;

• Collaborate with international teams and vendors across various systems;

• Contribute to enhancements in QA processes, standardization, and automation initiatives.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary and international teams;

• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices;

• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis;

• Experience with test management and bug-tracking tools;

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of test automation frameworks;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;

• Capability to work independently with moderate supervision;

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory;

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience;

• 2 to 4 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, ideally in agile and international settings.
