IT Projects Coordinator, Managed Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of projects for deploying software updates and patches within the intricate system landscapes of clients.

• Evaluate system environments prior to implementation through analyses driven by technical specifications.

• Facilitate communication and coordination among customers, internal teams, and external service providers.

• Review and modify existing IT processes based on prior experience.

• Establish procedures through thorough documentation, training, and requirements management.

• Identify opportunities for automation and assist in their implementation.

• Manage the configuration and upkeep of systems following ITIL best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess previous experience as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or in a similar role focused on system setup.

• Your training has equipped you with a robust foundational knowledge of IT.

• Ability to recognize and consider dependencies within an IT infrastructure.

• Dependability and a commitment to high-quality work.

• Strong motivation, assertiveness, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Willingness to adapt to change and a customer-focused mindset.

• A well-structured and independent working approach.

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiarity with ITIL principles is a plus.
