IT Project Manager, Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as the liaison between Customer Success Management and the Technology team.

• Engage with customers to discuss product enhancement proposals and ideas.

• Convert concepts into innovative and actionable software designs (such as UI mockups, user story mapping, process modeling, etc.).

• Develop UI mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma.

• Organize and maintain project documentation along with the product roadmap in Notion.

• Prepare detailed concepts for developers and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Lead meetings and record decisions made during discussions.

• Execute quality assurance checks and ensure alignment of outcomes with original concepts.

• Ensure adherence to project objectives, including requirements, timelines, and budgets.

• Actively collect user feedback to enhance product quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in (business) computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a project manager for software projects/products.

• A passion for innovative software solutions, along with curiosity and a desire for growth through constructive feedback.

• Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in both German and English.

• A preference for working in an international and multicultural environment.

• A collaborative team player with a methodical working style, strong organizational capabilities, and keen attention to detail.
