IT Project Manager, Application Support, Data

• Experience in supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft SQL databases.

• Familiarity with ShareFile.

• Proficient in using Tableau.

• Experienced with Drupal.

• Knowledgeable in Acquia.

• Familiar with OnContact.

• Experience in delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure.

• Skilled in implementing Azure networking, computing, and security best practices.

• Experience with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2) and Delta Lake implementations.

• Proficient in managing Azure SQL, storage accounts, Data Lake, and Azure migration tools.

• Experience utilizing Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics in enterprise settings.

• Capable of implementing and supporting Azure Databricks (clusters, workflows, notebooks, jobs).

• Experienced in delivering data engineering solutions based on Databricks at an enterprise scale.

• Proficient in implementing PySpark and Spark SQL pipelines.

• Skilled in large-scale data architecture and data storage analysis.

• Experienced in delivering document-extraction solutions through Azure Document Intelligence.

• Knowledge in building and/or integrating PDF ingestion pipelines using tools such as PyPDF2, pdfplumber, PDF.js, or similar.

• Experienced in applying OCR processing to scanned PDFs.

• Proficient in large-scale PDF text pre-processing, chunking, and transformation for LLM retrieval purposes.

• Experience in converting unstructured document content into embeddings for downstream LLM applications.

• Skilled in deploying vector search solutions utilizing Azure AI Search.

• Experience in implementing and managing vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma.

• Background in designing, building, and maintaining enterprise chatbots that utilize PDF documents as primary content sources.

• Experience in deploying chatbots using LLMs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar platforms).

• Proficient in implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

• Experienced in designing conversational flows and performing prompt optimization at scale.

• Skilled in developing APIs or back-end integrations that connect LLMs with vector stores and document repositories.

• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or other comparable enterprise tools.

• Experience in monitoring, validating, and optimizing the quality of chatbot responses.

• Proficient in supporting Microsoft SQL Server.

• Experienced in supporting enterprise platforms such as ShareFile, Tableau, Drupal, Acquia, and OnContact.

• Capable of leading requirements gathering across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.

• Experienced in working within complex, multi-division organizations with varying levels of data maturity.

• Skilled in delivering technical documentation and/or communicating technical information.

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT project management roles.

• At least two (2) engagements lasting a minimum of six (6) months each in IT project management roles.

• At least two (2) engagements lasting a minimum of six (6) months each in IT application support roles.

• At least two (2) years of combined experience in supporting applications in Microsoft Azure and/or administering environments in Microsoft Azure.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in data storage optimization.

• At least two (2) years of experience in database analysis.

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Azure modernization support.
