
IT Project Manager — AI, Microsoft, SAP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will lead and manage IT projects from the initial planning stage to successful roll-out.
• You will enhance the IT landscape, concentrating on SAP and Microsoft Fabric.
• You will proactively oversee risks and stakeholders, utilizing established project management methodologies.
• You will ensure quality assurance, meet objectives, and facilitate a seamless transition to users.
• You will support the business lead in preparing and conducting training for newly adopted tools.
• You must be a resident and registered in Germany (your primary place of residence).
• You should have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in IT project management.
• You are required to hold at least one project management certification (e.g., PMP, IPMA C, PRINCE2 Practitioner).
• You should have experience in risk management specific to IT projects.
• You must have experience with digitalization projects.
• You should have experience in leading project teams.
• You must be fluent in German at a business level (C1) and possess good English skills (B2).
• You should have a passion for working on SAP and Microsoft digitalization projects and a desire to expand your knowledge in this field.
• You must be willing to travel to the headquarters by the Baltic Sea for 3 days each month (travel time will be considered as working hours).
• Ideally, you should have a completed degree with a technical focus.
