• Assist with financial planning, monitoring, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting for the project portfolio.
• Aid in the processes of resource time tracking, utilization reporting, and ensuring data accuracy through audits.
• Compile materials for PMO meetings, keep action logs, and assist in governance activities for the portfolio.
• Review project artifacts and data to ensure compliance with PMO standards and support activities for audit readiness.
• Enhance and maintain PMO templates, tools, and standards.
• Act as the PMO Smartsheet Administrator, facilitating project setup, template creation, dashboard management, and portfolio reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in IT, PMO, project coordination, or financial analysis roles.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong capabilities in accounting and financial management.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of Smartsheet.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in supporting a PMO or portfolio management function is preferred.
• Background in regulated environments is preferred.
• Experience as a Smartsheet user or administrator is preferred.
