This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for maximizing the value generated by your agile team within an Agile Release Train (ART).
• Collaborate closely with Business Owners, Product Management, System Architects, and fellow Product Owners to grasp the vision and roadmap.
• Convert Features into clearly defined Stories and ensure their effective delivery within Planning Intervals (PIs).
• Contribute to a dependable and value-focused flow across various domains.
• Influence the advancement of your domain along with its technical roadmap.
• Establish, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, organizing it into incremental releases.
• Define both functional and non-functional acceptance criteria and ensure they are testable.
• Provide clarity on scope, status, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with other Product Owners to pinpoint integration points across domains and ensure product and release coherence.
• Lead and actively engage in all agile ceremonies.
• Monitor progress and address production issues during sprints.
• Analyze the preferences and requests of internal stakeholders.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar relevant field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience as an IT Product Owner for agile teams.
• Strong understanding of backend development, APIs, and domain-driven system design.
• Solid comprehension of SAFe (team and program level), including ART ceremonies and PI planning.
• Proficient in requirements analysis, story slicing, and prioritization.
• Quality-focused mindset (“shift left”: considering testability, NFRs, DoR/DoD from the outset).
• Excellent facilitation and communication abilities to align business and technical stakeholders.
• Very good communication skills in English – German is a plus - #LI-Remote.
• Capable of leading a cross-functional development team.
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with a creative, solution-oriented approach.
• Eager to learn about new topics.
• Genuine interest in the e-mobility industry.
• Previous experience with backend systems or domain-driven development is an advantage.
