IT Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Play an essential role in designing and improving the HR technology landscape.

• Concentrate on Oracle Fusion within the Learning, Talent, Time, and Labor modules.

• Ensure effective usage and alignment with organizational objectives.

• Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.

• Lead and oversee HR-related IT initiatives.

• Define and prioritize product roadmaps in close collaboration with stakeholders.

• Work with the development team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Conduct user acceptance testing and collect feedback.

• Provide both functional and technical expertise to the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in IT product management, particularly with HR systems.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion, including its HR modules and industry best practices.

• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships.

• An analytical mindset and a problem-solving approach to complex challenges.

• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ideally within a corporate framework.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks is desirable.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry developments.
