IT Procurement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Generate quotes and manage requisitions for both hardware and software, which includes sourcing, negotiation, ordering, receiving, and distributing equipment.

• Cultivate and maintain robust working relationships with team members, clients, and vendors.

• Oversee client expectations through timely feedback and proactive communication with both clients and team members.

• Assist in the tracking, recording, and auditing of products to ensure accuracy in client invoicing.

• Participate in shipping and receiving activities.

• Undertake additional duties and assignments as directed by the management team.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Proficient in effective communication with vendors, suppliers, and internal team members.

• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

• Capable of staying organized and paying attention to detail.

• Required computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products and databases.

• Comfortable with working hours in the EST timezone.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably with IT distributors or Managed Service Providers (MSP).
