This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Delivers expertise and implementation services for new software and hardware installations related to supported marketing products, collaborating with the IT Product owners.
• Applies project management skills to manage simple to moderately complex projects.
• Engages in project management activities including user communication, planning, design, implementation, and support.
• Contributes to the development of work schedules to align with overall departmental and project development plans.
• Ensures effective communication with vendors and internal teams, encompassing scheduling, training, and project implementation.
• Acts as a liaison between users and user representatives to ensure systems fulfill business requirements, addressing system change requests and specific design needs.
• Participates in the quality assurance of applications, updates, upgrades, patches, and hot fixes essential for Key Marketing Systems in production environments.
• As part of a testing team, may assign and schedule available staff to ensure testing tasks are completed on time per the plan, reporting any deviations to a supervisor.
• Supports marketing products by efficiently managing service calls, problem reporting, investigation, diagnosis, and resolution.
• A college degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• A minimum of three years of experience in an IT role, including at least 1 year in implementation and testing, is required.
• Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license in regulated jurisdictions.
• Ability to handle assigned tasks under constant time pressures and to multitask effectively.
• Capability to perform assigned duties in a disruptive office environment.
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting departmental needs and outcomes.
• Skill in resolving complex problems.
• Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications is required.
• Basic understanding of project management techniques is required.
• A wide variety of tasks and deadlines necessitate an irregular work schedule.
• Travel is required.
• Experience with hardware installation and diagnostics is preferred.
• Familiarity with a casino environment is preferred.
• Understanding of CET core marketing systems is preferred.
• A college degree or equivalent work experience is required.
