IT Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee technical support teams or engage in project management within the ICT infrastructure domain.

• Guarantee the operational continuity of technologies within the Storage and Microsoft Datacenter Solutions sector.

• Conduct monitoring activities for infrastructure services.

• Evaluate system and infrastructure needs.

• Direct and organize project management within the technical framework.

• Demonstrate basic written communication skills and comprehend technical documentation in English for communication with manufacturers via support tickets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent specialization in Information Technology.

• Professional experience in the field of Information Technology.

• Proven experience in managing technical support teams or IT infrastructure project management, ideally within large organizations and high-availability settings.

• Relevant certification or experience in supporting technologies within the Storage and Microsoft Datacenter Solutions service category.

• Certification or documented training in ITIL Foundation v3 or higher; equivalent training accepted with proof.

• Technical skills in querying and analyzing data using SIEM tools such as Splunk (SPL), Microsoft Sentinel (KQL), Elasticsearch (EQL), or similar solutions.

• Practical familiarity with Git, including command-line operations such as commit, pull, and push.

• Proficient technical English applied to IT, with the capability to read and produce basic written communications.

• Strong understanding of project management and monitoring of IT infrastructure services.
