This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Take charge of identity and access management using Okta, encompassing SSO, MFA, and the complete lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Oversee device fleets across MacBook, Windows, and Android via Workspace ONE UEM, which includes enrollment, compliance, and security policy management.
• Maintain the tool landscape—Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, Miro, and the Atlassian suite—to ensure colleagues find them enjoyable to use.
• Develop request types, workflows, SLAs, and approval processes in Jira Service Management.
• Streamline recurring tasks with Google Apps Script, Okta Workflows, and n8n to enable operations without manual intervention.
• Monitor CVEs throughout the fleet, review audit logs, and establish automated security reporting in compliance with GDPR and BDSG.
• Implement ISO 27001 and TISAX principles in daily operations, although certification ownership is not required.
• Clearly communicate across the organization, providing technical details for administrators and a broader perspective for management.
• Several years of practical experience in corporate IT, IT operations, or IT administration, preferably in a remote-first setting.
• Strong foundation in IAM (Okta or similar), collaboration tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365), MDM/UEM (Workspace ONE or similar), and Atlassian products.
• Proficiency in scripting as part of daily tasks, such as JavaScript, Apps Script, Python, or low-code workflows.
• A security and compliance-oriented mindset from the beginning; familiarity with ISO 27001 or TISAX is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in German (C1/native) and English (B2+), essential for documentation and vendor interactions.
• An analytical and structured approach—focused on addressing root causes rather than just symptoms.
• An ownership mentality—capable of driving initiatives independently.
• Nice to have: AWS integrations (API Gateway, Lambda), Looker Studio, ITIL knowledge, or relevant certifications.
• Support in initiating projects and integrating with the team.
