IT Operations Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Provide support for internal IT infrastructure in the role of an L3 engineer.

• Conduct investigations, resolve issues, and document incidents.

• Implement new corporate cloud services and maintain existing ones (payments, policy management, data backup, etc.).

• Manage the deployment and maintenance of corporate on-premises services (backup, monitoring, logging, metrics, etc.).

• Participate in on-call duties as part of a shift schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Linux-based operating systems (primarily Ubuntu Server).

• Skilled in deploying and managing web services (including proxying and ensuring high availability).

• Familiarity with monitoring systems like Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.

• Experience with web servers (Apache/Nginx).

• Proficient in working with Docker.

• Understanding of cloud workspaces (policies, API, SAML, SCIM, etc.).

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Workspace, Yandex 360, etc. (federations, SSO, policy and object management).

• Proficiency in Python.

• English language skills at a B1 level or above.

• **Additional experience in the following areas will be advantageous:**

• Knowledge of cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, Selectel, Yandex.Cloud, etc.).

• Basic understanding of computer networking technologies.
