• You will play a crucial role in our team, merging technical operations and support for existing solutions with the continuous enhancement of our digital infrastructure utilizing modern SaaS tools and automation techniques.
• Collaborating closely with the Service, Sales & Marketing teams, your responsibilities will be varied — from designing and technically implementing our tools and processes to operational IT administration and team assistance: Infrastructure & Automation.
• Advance our IT landscape by executing strategic objectives in security, compliance, and scalability.
• Streamline processes (e.g., using Make/n8n/Zapier) — particularly focusing on EPR compliance (Extended Producer Responsibility).
• API integration & synchronization: link our tools with external systems (webhooks, pipelines).
• Software development & innovation: create extensions (PHP/JavaScript) for WordPress and internal/external tools — ranging from simple plugins to intricate features.
• Testing & quality assurance: perform unit, integration, and system tests (manual/automated) as well as data-injection tests.
• Design new digital services: contribute to the roadmap for our compliance platforms and interfaces.
• Maintain live systems: handle updates, backups, monitoring, ensure adherence to security policies, and maintain data consistency.
• Develop documentation (e.g., in Notion) and, where necessary, offer team training.
• Provide technical support & administration: offer second-level support for the internal team and customer platforms — analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Manage our WordPress environment (plugins, updates, security) and internal tools (ERP, databases).
• Oversee data management: make corrections, perform analyses, generate reports (MySQL, data pipelines), and optimize data flows.
• Technical expertise
• Practical experience with automation tools (Make/n8n/Zapier), API connections (REST/GraphQL), databases, and AI integration
• Familiarity with logging/monitoring systems (e.g., Graylog) and testing methodologies (unit and integration tests)
• Proficiency in FTP, Git, and ticketing systems
• Bonus skills: Linux/Docker, Bash scripting, agile testing, GUI test frameworks or LLMs, PHP, MySQL, WordPress development
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capability
• Quick learner — you grasp complex relationships swiftly and can articulate them clearly
• Experience in live operations (maintenance, monitoring, staging environments)
• Proficient in German at native level + confident in English
