This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee pending tickets based on priority levels or criticality.
• Collaborate remotely with various support teams.
• Possess knowledge of information technologies for diagnosing issues related to systems, servers, networks, and cybersecurity.
• Support senior operations engineers in the design and implementation of new solutions.
• Assist in maintaining and updating documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve virtualization issues.
• Engage in planning sessions, daily meetings, and backlog review discussions.
• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English at an advanced level.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in network, server, and storage support; as well as incident and service outage management; and familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Experience in managing Microsoft 365 licensing within an enterprise setting.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing models, SKUs, and entitlement structures.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret licensing and financial data.
• Experience working with large user bases and intricate organizational structures.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail and operational discipline.
• Adhere to all company policies and standards.
