IT Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the technical onboarding process for new IB/partner teams and channels.

• Serve as the product manager for integrations, APIs, and data requests related to IB.

• Create and implement tailored communications, reporting, and data feeds for partners.

• Oversee and document the APIs available to IBs and partners.

• Collect, define, and prioritize custom technical requests from IBs.

• Collaborate with internal engineering, CRM, and platform teams to fulfill requests.

• Ensure secure and compliant data sharing with external partners.

• Maintain the integrations between broker systems and partner tools.

• Track the delivery, reliability, and performance of IB-facing services.

• Provide updates on delivery status, risks, and partner technical requirements to management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong technical expertise in APIs, integrations, and data delivery.

• Experience in managing technical relationships and requests for partners/B2B.

• Knowledge of brokerage/CRM systems and data flows.

• Capability to translate partner business needs into technical specifications.

• Experience with fintech, brokerage, or SaaS integrations (preferably in forex/CFD brokerage).

• Excellent ownership, prioritization, and communication skills.
