IT Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the information technology operations, infrastructure, and support services across the company.

• Direct and manage IT operations in a dynamic remote setting.

• Formulate IT policies and operational procedures.

• Liaise with leadership regarding IT projects, operational risks, and updates on technology.

• Proactively recognize operational and technological risks and apply effective solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of eight years of progressive work experience or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Proven experience in managing or leading IT operations, help-desk support, infrastructure administration, or enterprise systems.

• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software systems, networking, and IT operational practices.

• Experience in developing, documenting, and implementing IT policies, procedures, and operational standards.

• Capability to assess technology risks and convey mitigation strategies to leadership.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Must be able to acquire and maintain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance.
