This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee the complete management of designated client relationships and associated IT infrastructures and environments to ensure peak performance and address current and future requirements.
• Direct consulting engagements to attain both client satisfaction and profitability objectives.
• Key focus areas encompass: Technical—technology strategy, budgeting, procurement, documentation ownership, warranty management, project oversight, IT asset disposal, help ticket management, hands-on assistance, and webinars/virtual training, including Google administration.
• Foster client relations, strategize technology planning, manage budgets and implementations, conduct regular check-ins and communications, participate in relevant meetings, administer user satisfaction surveys, coordinate the integration of additional services as per contracts, and attend significant client events.
• The IT Manager will oversee the holistic management of client relationships and their IT infrastructure.
• Cultivate partnerships with key stakeholders in client organizations, ranging from CEOs to end users.
• Formulate 1, 3, and 5-year technology plans for small to medium-sized enterprises.
• Supervise IT operations across various client sites.
• Assist in designing technology solutions, considering budget constraints, risks, and other organizational factors.
• Convey technical information effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Manage consulting projects to achieve client satisfaction and profitability targets.
• Strong understanding of IP and internet/email topology along with networked systems.
• Proficient knowledge of all Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Applications.
• Proven organizational and project management abilities.
• Exceptional customer relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to swiftly evaluate situations, troubleshoot issues, make informed decisions, and ensure resolution.
• High level of self-motivation and organization, capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
• Energetic, approachable, adaptable, and resilient under pressure, comfortable in diverse client settings.
• An undergraduate degree accompanied by 3 or more years of pertinent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT.
• Familiarity with networked systems, Windows & Apple OS, Microsoft Applications, Server Virtualization, and cloud-based file and email systems.
• Experience in IT Project and/or Operations teams.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
