📋 Description

• AI-Driven Infrastructure: Create and manage internal cloud environments and SaaS frameworks tailored for AI development and implementation.

• Security & Compliance: Establish and monitor stringent security measures to safeguard Ajaia’s proprietary AI processes and sensitive client information.

• Operational Excellence: Streamline internal business solutions and CRM/CMS platforms through automation to reduce manual workload.

• AI Native Workflows: Regularly utilize AI tools for network ideation, swift troubleshooting, security variant generation, and quality assurance support.

• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with engineering, strategy, and growth teams to ensure technical alignment with organizational goals.

• Asset Management: Supervise the acquisition and upkeep of hardware and software assets for a global remote workforce.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: 3-7 years in IT management, systems administration, or technical operations.

• AI Mastery: Proven ability to integrate AI-native workflows as a standard practice to enhance efficiency and quality.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), automated business solutions, and security protocols.

• Smart & Adaptive: Demonstrated capability to apply sound judgment in fast-paced, cross-functional startup settings.

• Communication: Exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical needs to non-technical leadership.

• Preferred: Familiarity with AI implementation engineering or software development to better support our technical teams.
