IT License Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations while promoting efficient utilization of all software licenses

• Oversee and track the license inventory from various manufacturers

• Engage in contract discussions and license renewals

• Enhance and refine license management procedures

• Assist with software audits

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Generate analyses, reports, and risk evaluations related to license usage and expenditures

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in business informatics, business administration, IT management, or a similar qualification

• Significant professional experience in license management

• Comprehensive understanding of software licensing frameworks, including those from Microsoft, SAP, and Oracle

• Hands-on experience with licensing contracts

• Proficient in using Software Asset Management (SAM) tools

• Strong analytical skills

• Organized and methodical approach to work

• High level of personal accountability

• Proficient in English

• Knowledge of German is an advantage
