This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Ticket management: Address and resolve customer support inquiries
• Level 1 (L1) Assistance: Offer initial support for frequently encountered issues
• Documentation: Develop and revise support documentation
• System oversight: Supervise systems and networks
• Maintenance and updates: Engage in preventive maintenance tasks
• Incident documentation: Gather and organize data on support incidents
• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology (minimum 6th semester, maximum 7th semester)
• Preferred advanced proficiency in English
• Option for remote work
