IT Generalist, Administration & Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding the operational IT systems.

• Install, manage, and maintain server systems, along with proper documentation.

• Adjust operating systems and application software as needed.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems through direct user engagement.

• Deliver 1st- and 2nd-level support services.

• Manage virtual Windows servers effectively.

• Oversee the VMware platform administration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training in IT or an equivalent qualification.

• Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and hardware including servers, storage, backups, switches, and routers.

• Experience in project-based environments and prior work with an IT systems provider is a plus.

• A service-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Independent, organized, and proactive work approach.

• Valid Class B driver's license.

• Proficient in German.

• Good command of English.
