IT Generalist, Administration & Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist customers with any inquiries regarding their IT systems

• Install, operate, and maintain server infrastructures, including necessary documentation

• Implement modifications to operating systems and application software

• Analyze and resolve hardware and software problems through direct user interaction

• Provide both 1st- and 2nd-level technical support

• Manage virtual Windows servers and the VMware environment

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT or an equivalent qualification

• Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and hardware, including servers, storage, backup systems, switches, and routers

• Experience in project-based roles and with an IT systems integrator is preferred

• Excellent customer service orientation

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team

• Self-reliant, organized, and proactive work style

• Class B driver's license

• Proficient in German and possess good English language skills
