This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
• Take ownership of identity and access management across primary enterprise platforms, including Okta and Google Workspace, overseeing user lifecycle management, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and role-based access controls.
• Spearhead endpoint management for company devices, primarily macOS systems managed through Jamf, establishing secure endpoint baselines, software deployment workflows, and lifecycle management processes.
• Create and implement automation using APIs and scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell to enhance IT operations, remove repetitive tasks, and boost operational efficiency.
• Manage and support essential SaaS applications and collaboration tools, ensuring the delivery of secure, reliable, and scalable services that empower employees to perform effectively.
• Collaborate closely with Security to assist with access reviews, vulnerability remediation, asset management, and compliance initiatives across standards such as FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and CMMC.
• Act as the senior escalation point for intricate employee technology issues, major incidents, and advanced troubleshooting within identity, endpoint, and SaaS platforms.
• Continuously enhance IT operations through process optimization, documentation, self-service capabilities, and scalable infrastructure that supports the company's growth.
• Work in partnership with Engineering, Security, and People Operations to ensure that internal technology solutions align with business objectives while maintaining a secure and exceptional employee experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in IT Engineering, Systems Administration, Enterprise IT, or a related technical field supporting cloud-first organizations.
• Practical experience managing identity platforms such as Okta and Google Workspace, with a robust understanding of identity lifecycle management, authentication, and enterprise access controls.
• Experience handling Apple device fleets using Jamf, including device provisioning, endpoint security, software deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Expertise in developing automation through scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell, along with experience utilizing APIs and workflow automation tools.
• Strong comprehension of SaaS administration, endpoint management, enterprise productivity platforms, and contemporary cloud-based IT infrastructure.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with experience supporting distributed, remote-first workforces in dynamic environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A mindset geared towards continuous improvement, with a passion for automation, operational excellence, and the development of scalable internal technology solutions.
