This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage the company's outsourced MSP relationships, focusing on performance, prioritization, escalations, and strategic initiatives.
• Direct IT readiness and deployment efforts for new infusion center openings, which includes project timelines, vendor coordination, infrastructure setup, and go-live support.
• Take ownership of enterprise IT operational processes managed through Rippling and other internal systems.
• Create scalable IT workflows and standards to facilitate rapid growth across multiple states.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations, cybersecurity protocols, patient safety measures, and healthcare IT security standards.
• Act as the main point of accountability for IT security, access management, endpoint management, and coordination of incident responses.
• Maintain documentation, policies, and controls associated with IT governance and security.
• Support due diligence and integration processes related to acquisitions and expansion into new markets.
• 5–7+ years of experience in IT management or infrastructure roles.
• Previous experience in managing third-party MSP relationships and overseeing outsourced IT environments.
• Experience in supporting multi-site operations and/or environments characterized by rapid growth.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities, with a track record of managing multiple concurrent center launches.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare IT security, cybersecurity best practices, and compliance frameworks.
• Capable of functioning independently in a lean, high-growth environment with minimal internal IT staff.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operational and executive leadership.
