IT Compliance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Supervise both internal and external IT compliance and audit procedures and frameworks

• Create and implement a comprehensive internal IT audit strategy

• Collaborate with internal and external audit stakeholders throughout the organization

• Organize, monitor, and execute management actions arising from audit activities

• Maintain a centralized register of technology controls that support risk management and regulatory obligations

• Enhance documentation related to internal audit processes

• Review, develop, and refine policies and procedures

• Ensure internal IT standards and procedures align with customer expectations

• Create reporting methodologies and mechanisms for end-users

• Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and audit check cycles

• Oversee and enhance PCI compliance processes, including documentation, monthly audits, non-technical testing, tool management, communications, data flow diagrams, risk inquiries, and annual PCI attestation

• Consult with external PCI experts regarding standards and best practices

• Manage PCI data loss prevention filters to avert unauthorized card-related data transmission

• Support compliance with PCI-DSS requirements and communicate PCI initiatives

• Integrate business units, acquired brands, and regions into centrally managed PCI processes

• Assist in tabletop exercises for potential information security incidents

• Tertiary qualification or relevant specialist certification in risk, compliance, or internal audit

• Extensive background in governance, risk, compliance, or internal audit management

• Proven experience in designing, executing, and finalizing internal audit activities

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Highly developed analytical capabilities

• Time management skills to meet reporting deadlines

• Skills in stakeholder engagement

• Proficiency in data analysis
