IT Chat Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in the IT industry is advantageous

• Understanding of large corporate or hospital IT systems is a plus

• Familiarity with leading operating systems and brand environments

• A strong desire to assist others with extensive electronic purchasing requirements

• Ability to convey concepts at the customer's level of understanding

• Capable of typing a minimum of 35 words per minute, with excellent written communication skills
