Credit Analyst / Credit Manager – Private Lending

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Evaluate applications for residential, commercial, and business-oriented loans.

• Prepare and compile comprehensive credit submissions.

• Review financial statements, tax documents, bank statements, and other relevant paperwork.

• Analyze servicing, collateral, exit strategies, and overall risk associated with transactions.

• Examine valuations, company searches, trust structures, and the background information of borrowers.

• Collaborate with brokers, borrowers, legal representatives, valuers, and other stakeholders.

• Assist in managing transactions from application through to settlement.

• Work closely with our administrative team to ensure smooth processing of applications.

• Support ongoing monitoring and reporting of the portfolio.

• Help in developing and enhancing internal credit policies and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Australian lending, credit assessment, or loan processing.

• Strong knowledge of Australian mortgage lending and credit principles.

• Experience in analyzing borrower financials and supporting documentation.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• High attention to detail and capability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in commercial property lending.

• Background in private lending, non-bank lending, or specialist lending.

• Familiarity with development finance or construction lending.

• Experience in writing credit papers and formulating lending recommendations.

• Understanding of trust, company, and SMSF structures.
