This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and manage the portfolio roadmap for the IT & Business Systems team: planning, sequencing, capacity, and dependency management across the team's ongoing initiatives.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team's largest programs, coordinating with external implementation partners, internal systems leads, and business stakeholders to meet strict deadlines.
• Execute the team's AI-supported intake process from start to finish: validate triage and qualification of incoming requests, assign tasks to the appropriate owner, and keep every requester updated throughout the process.
• Maintain constant communication: provide weekly delivery status updates, launch announcements, post-launch evaluations, and a published team roadmap that company partners can reference.
• Manage risks, decisions, and escalations across workstreams; identify delays early and drive them to resolution with the appropriate stakeholders.
• Collaborate with vendors and implementation partners on project scope, timelines, and the quality of deliverables.
• Establish lightweight, repeatable delivery frameworks (requirements, success metrics, review schedules) for use within the team.
• 7-10 years of experience in delivery management, specifically in IT and business systems within B2B SaaS or rapidly growing technology firms.
• Proven experience managing at least one significant enterprise platform migration or replatforming project from start to finish (ERP, CRM, billing, or similar).
• A track record of successfully managing a diverse portfolio of initiatives with a small team through effective prioritization and streamlined operating rhythms.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives and bridging the gap between technical and business audiences.
• Possess player-coach instincts: equally adept at drafting requirements documents or addressing dependencies as leading review meetings, with a genuine enthusiasm for AI-driven workflows.
• Experience managing systems-integration partners is advantageous.
• Competitive compensation and equity plan in line with industry standards.
• Flexible time off policy, sick days, and 13 paid holidays.
• Comprehensive medical coverage, including Health, Dental, and Vision insurance.
• Paid parental leave, along with support for fertility, adoption, and other family planning needs.
• In-office workspace options available in San Francisco and Chicago.
• Monthly allowance for wellness, reading, and access to LinkedIn Learning for ongoing development.
• Engaging team-based and company-wide events and activities designed to inspire, educate, and foster community.
