IT Business Analyst – Finance & Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +31 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify, map, measure, analyze, and enhance routine to moderately complex clinical and business processes.

• Conduct analysis of current and future workflows, mapping out essential business processes.

• Create documentation for business requirements utilizing case diagrams, data flow diagrams, data models, and object models.

• Assess whether a proposed solution fulfills the business and clinical requirements.

• Convert user requirements into functional and technical design specifications.

• Design test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the performance of all functionalities.

• Execute effective unit, integration, system, and end-user acceptance testing through the execution of tests.

• Develop training materials to provide client and support training.

• Oversee system functionality and clinical and business processes, implementing changes as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Computer Science or a related field.

• Typically requires three years of experience in business process mapping, analysis, defining business and user requirements, acceptance testing, and documentation.

• Proficiency in using applications, operating systems, and databases, including knowledge of basic hardware, platform, connectivity, and interface design.

• Experience with healthcare applications.

• Project management experience with the ability to utilize project management software.

• Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills.

• Ability to collaborate closely with healthcare application users, vendors, and technical professionals.
