This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Oversee apps from start to finish: installation, configuration, testing, documentation, and quarterly auditing.
• Create and schedule recurring reports for marketing, finance, customer service, and operations.
• Manage staff permissions, resolve app conflicts, and communicate with vendors.
• Develop and maintain Flow automations for order tagging, customer segmentation, inventory alerts, and fraud detection.
• Implement clean conditional logic across Shopify data objects such as orders, customers, products, and metafields.
• Document each workflow, conduct tests prior to going live, and deactivate outdated processes.
• Maintain and enhance scripts that connect Shopify with Google Sheets, Gmail, and other tools.
• Work with REST APIs, managing requests, headers, authentication, and JSON parsing.
• Utilize AI to generate and refine code, ensuring thorough review and ownership of the final product.
• Keep a well-organized script inventory that includes owners, triggers, and dependencies.
• Provision and revoke access across all platforms in a clean, logged manner and on schedule.
• Maintain a central access matrix and conduct quarterly reviews.
• Enforce least-privilege policies, 2FA, and secure credential sharing using NordPass.
• Configure subscription products, billing cycles, and customer-facing processes.
• Develop retention strategies including cancellation surveys, winback offers, and save-the-sale sequences.
• Test each customer journey comprehensively before launch.
• Set up new hires across all platforms and ensure swift revocation of access when someone departs.
• Maintain role-based access templates to ensure onboarding is consistent and well-organized.
• Manage the subscription register, including tools, costs, renewal dates, and responsible parties in one centralized location.
• Identify unused seats, potential price increases, and overlapping tools proactively before Finance requests this information.
• Negotiate with vendors, cancel trials, and eliminate any resources that are not yielding a return on investment.
• Possesses hands-on experience with Shopify admin and Flow.
• Capable of reading, debugging, and maintaining Google Apps Scripts.
• Understands REST APIs, including requests, JSON, and authentication mechanisms.
• Has experience working with Recharge or a similar subscription management platform.
• Familiar with access management principles, including RBAC, SSO, and 2FA implementation.
• Utilizes NordPass or a similar tool, prioritizing security as a critical aspect of operations.
• Demonstrates genuine AI literacy: proficient in prompting, rapid iteration, and discerning when to trust or verify AI outputs.
• Effectively employs AI tools for code generation, prompting, iteration, and critical evaluation.
• Maintains comprehensive documentation for all processes and workflows.
• Communicates effectively in English with vendors, HR, and internal teams.
• Capably manages multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
