IT Application Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the efficient operation, upkeep, and ongoing enhancement of the ERP system and applications utilized across the organization.

• Evaluating and refining business processes in close partnership with relevant departments.

• Providing training for employees and developing comprehensive documentation.

• Assisting in the rollout of new ERP modules and applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a similar qualification.

• Proven experience in managing and customizing ERP systems, ideally MOSAIK.

• Familiarity with business processes associated with claims processing and settlement.

• Analytical mindset and a structured approach to work.

• Strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for collaborative teamwork with departments.

• Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.
