This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and coordinating project tasks to guarantee timely delivery, adherence to budget, and maintenance of exceptional quality standards.

• Creating and managing comprehensive project plans that encompass timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure the successful execution of projects.

• Leading cross-disciplinary project teams, aligning efforts to achieve project goals, and fostering effective communication and collaboration.

• Tracking project advancements, recognizing potential risks and challenges, and implementing solutions to keep projects progressing smoothly.

• Interacting with stakeholders to manage expectations, deliver updates, and ensure alignment with project aims and organizational objectives.

• Preparing and delivering project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related discipline is preferred, along with substantial experience in project management and team leadership.

• A demonstrated history of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion, focusing on delivering outcomes within defined scope, timelines, and budget constraints.

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities, capable of effectively managing project teams and prioritizing tasks.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships and managing stakeholder expectations.

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 considered beneficial.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, committed to achieving project objectives and promoting continuous improvement.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 30%).
