This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Develop and deliver native iOS functionalities for onboarding, accounts, cards, payments, transfers, rewards, and AI-driven user experiences.

• Ensure that intricate financial processes are streamlined, efficient, and user-friendly on mobile platforms.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend developers, and AI engineers to transform initial concepts into production-ready solutions.

• Take responsibility for the app's quality, focusing on performance, crash rates, loading times, edge cases, responsiveness, and release stability.

• Leverage production feedback, analytics, and customer behavior insights to enhance features post-launch.

• Integrate APIs, manage authentication, ensure secure data handling, and implement financial workflows with a strong emphasis on reliability.

• Proficient in native iOS development using Swift.

• Proven experience in launching iOS applications that are actively used by customers.

• Solid understanding of SwiftUI, UIKit, async/await, and iOS architectural patterns.

• Strong product intuition with a focus on user experience, beyond just creating user interfaces.

• Capable of diagnosing production issues and enhancing performance, reliability, and overall app quality.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working quickly without compromising standards.
